After the successful launch of the Women’s Fire Service Network at the Chief Fire Officers Conference the Network hosted its inaugural event in November 2019.

There was three key speakers at the event and a facilitated workshop.  The speakers were as follows:

Sinead Sharkey-Steenson – Training Your Inner Imposter

Dr. Niall Moyna – Exercise is Medicine

Fiona Brennan – Transform Negative Thoughts into Positive Emotions (How to care for yourself in a chaotic world and find inner stillness)
